The Holy Father has appointed H.E. Mons. Luis Marín de San Martín, O.S.A., Titular Bishop of Suliana and until now Undersecretary of the General Secretariat of the Synod, as Papal Almoner and Prefect of the Dicastery for the Service of Charity, conferring upon him the dignity of Archbishop.
The President of the International Study Centre Pope Leo XIV, Father Giuseppe Pagano, together with the entire Board of Directors, expresses deep satisfaction for this appointment, which concerns a figure of great ecclesial and cultural value and a member of the Scientific Committee of the Study Centre.
