of the Leone XIV International Study Center ETS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>Leone XIV International Study Center<\/strong> was formally established by public deed on <strong>16 December 2025<\/strong> as a <strong>non-profit Third Sector Entity (ETS)<\/strong>, pursuant to the Italian Civil Code and Legislative Decree no. 117\/2017.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Association is based in <strong>Florence<\/strong>, at the <strong>Augustinian Community of Santo Spirito<\/strong>, and operates as an <strong>apolitical and non-partisan institution<\/strong> dedicated to research, education, international dialogue and cultural cooperation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Statute defines the institutional identity of the Center and regulates:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>its <strong>civic, cultural and educational purposes<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the <strong>governance structure<\/strong> and governing bodies;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>membership categories and participation rules;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>financial management and transparency principles;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>scientific, educational and publishing activities;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>relations with institutions, universities and international organizations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Particular attention is devoted to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>international relations and supranational cooperation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>social doctrine<\/strong> and human dignity;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sustainable policies and the common good;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>scientific research and higher education;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cultural dissemination and civic engagement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Statute also establishes the roles and responsibilities of the <strong>Assembly<\/strong>, the <strong>Board of Directors<\/strong>, the <strong>President<\/strong>, the <strong>Scientific Committee<\/strong> and the other institutional bodies of the Association.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The only official and legally valid version of the Statute is the <strong>Italian text<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Below it is possible to consult or download the complete
