On the occasion of the first international workshop of the International Study Center Leone XIV ETS<\/strong>, \u201cLet everything be yours in common. The Frontiers of Poverty\u201d<\/em>, to be held in Rome on 16 and 17 September 2026<\/strong>, the Study Center is launching a fundraising initiative in memory of Fra Severino Bussino<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The memory of Fra Severino, his human and religious witness and his concrete care for others will accompany the days of the workshop, devoted to reflecting on the new frontiers of poverty and on the responsibilities they place upon society, institutions and each one of us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We wanted this remembrance not to remain only in words<\/strong>, but to become a concrete act of solidarity and charity<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The fundraising initiative, promoted by the International Study Center Leone XIV ETS<\/strong>, is open to everyone who wishes to contribute. A Minimo Incipe ETS<\/strong> and the Augustinian Community of Santo Spirito in Florence<\/strong> will also support the initiative with their own contributions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The funds raised will be devoted to the charitable works of the Holy Father through the Dicastery for the Service of Charity \u2013 Apostolic Almonry<\/strong>, so that they may be used to assist people and situations of particular need.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This choice takes on a special meaning within the context of the workshop and our shared Augustinian roots: reflection on poverty and the inequalities of our time thus becomes a concrete sign of closeness to those in need.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Transparency of the fundraising initiative<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The International Study Center Leone XIV ETS<\/strong> will ensure full transparency throughout the initiative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the end of the fundraising campaign, the total amount raised, confirmation of the transfer of the funds and their final destination<\/strong> will be published on this website, enabling everyone who contributed to know the concrete outcome of the initiative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
